When life comes to a halt
When it seems that
The past bygone, left in despair
Is actually much heralded ..now
And the present you are in
Is making you feel caustrophobic.
Elegance has lost its charm
Flamboyancy has lost its way
The day when
crude rudeness tends to assuage your soul
When guts are in desperate swing
Of low shadowy dusk
The somber days appeal to you
Much more than they had ever done
When you sense that their charm
Secluded you from the grays
This exclusion from dulls
Held the pristine glory of yours
And the things which were
Seeming exotic
Prove to be an illusion
And sensed as the most unwelcoming era
Is such lowliness merely a mood swing
Bloody demeanour
Or a consequence of unhurdled
And despised trajectories intersecting
In the most voracious annihilation
May it not be so damned
A better show to everything is optimism
That says it is the glow of the musky dawn
That awits you to be heralded..........
